When traveling south on S 16th Street, you’ll see RHA Health Services on the right and Burger King on the left.
We are located immediately after that on the right-hand side.​
​Booking & Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any appointment changes. We truly understand that life happens. If we can fill the rescheduled or cancelled appointment time there will be no charge, and we will always do our best to do that when possible.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

Between 48-24 hours notice : $25 fee

Less than 24 hours notice, same-day cancellations and no shows, will be charged at 100% of the price of the services scheduled.
